About Trish
Trish Hutcherson is a seasoned business executive with a proven track record of exceeding targets, but more importantly creating a culture of success through collaborative relationships. She has more than 20 years of marketing experience including corporate identity, advertising, campaign driven marketing, social media, creative services, event production and more. An excellent communicator, Trish is just as comfortable with public speaking as she is behind the scenes writing. As a published author, she has penned chapters in several books on how to effectively market businesses in specific verticals. Trish has extensive experience in new business start-ups, building a profitable business from an idea on paper. Most recently, she was part of a small team building an international call center that rapidly grew to $5M in revenue in 4 years. In addition to her corporate experience, Trish served on staff at No Longer Bound, in the nonprofit sector, using her gifts and talents to raise awareness of the cause and to increase financial contributions to the organization.
No stranger to real estate, Trish decided to combine her business experience and marketing acumen to dive head first into building her own business focused on creating an unparalleled level of service to her clients. As a resident of Forsyth County for over 15 years and a dweller on Lake Lanier, she loves working with buyers and sellers in the area. As a mentor to new agents, she has the opportunity to lead from experience while still continually educating herself whenever possible.
Trish serves on the board of a local nonprofit, 3RE, and actively supports worthy causes including addiction and animal welfare. When she is not working, you can find her cooking, traveling, boating or spending time with her husband Brian and their four-legged baby, Jed.
